Delete your account

In the app: open More → Profile & security → Delete my account, then confirm with your password. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app: email the academy from the address on your account asking for deletion; we will confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted: your login, name, email, mobile and any link between you and your children’s profiles. What is kept: attendance and invoice records the academy must keep for its accounts, without your contact details.
